Distributors found for NZ-AUS, UK, and EU – games to be shipped to these regions within 10 days
about 2 years ago – Sun, Mar 27, 2022 at 08:55:13 PM

I may have finally found distributors that can ship the Kickstarter games and future games to backers in NZ-AUS, UK, and the EU. This actually requires three separate companies. I should be able to ship the games in bulk to them by the end of the coming week.

Once they receive the games these distributors should be able to fairly quickly put each package into their region's local post office or UPS, or other delivery service.

This is possible because the games will be pre-packed for each individual backer with all of that backer's add-on items.

Except for 4 people whose labels did not get printed with the original batches and whose games therefore went out via UPS last week and are still in transit, every backer in the USA and Canada should have received their games by now. If you are a USA or Canadian backer and did not get your game(s) yet, please contact me at [email protected] – I will respond quickly.

For everyone else outside the USA and Canada, your game should be delivered sometime in April.

I cannot thank you all enough for the incredible patience you've displayed.

All Canada/USA games shipped – UK/EU and Australia-NZ games
about 2 years ago – Thu, Jan 27, 2022 at 07:14:55 PM

All copies of the card game have been shipped to our USA and Canadian backers, and to the backers who are NOT in the UK/EU or Australia-NZ but do live outside the US and Canada.

If your address is NOT in the UK or EU or Australia/NZ and you have not yet received your game, contact me for a tracking number: [email protected]

We are talking with companies in the UK/EU and Australia/NZ to help us get the games to the rest of our backers. We hope to get this sorted in February and will post another update as soon as we have more details.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!

THE GREAT WAR card game update as of January 13, 2022
over 2 years ago – Thu, Jan 13, 2022 at 06:55:16 PM

I have been sick for almost a week now. I can do limited work, but I get tired quickly.

I took the Covid home test twice. Negative both times so that's good news. This seems to be a very bad cold (no fever). I'm hoping to get better soon so I can start packing the remaining games for the  Canadian backers and comp copies for reviewers, etc.

We may have finally found a delivery service for the EU. UPS and other carriers have been unresponsive (websites down, no number to call, no answers to our repeated emails) and/or failed to deliver packages in December.

I see your comments and questions about missing components, the correct card mix, etc., and I hope to feel better next week so I can post an update with answers by Wednesday 1/19.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued patience.

Holiday update for THE GREAT WAR card game Kickstarter and BackerKit customers
over 2 years ago – Sat, Dec 18, 2021 at 10:30:26 PM

We delivered more than 200 packages to the US Post Office main distribution center last week (see photo).

The remaining copies owed to US and Canadian customers should be delivered to the center this coming week. If you don't receive your copy before Christmas it should hopefully arrive before the end of the year.

Copies of the game for our backers in the UK, EU, NZ, and AUS should be shipped to our representatives in the UK and NZ after Christmas and then repacked into individual boxes and sent out after the New Year.

Thank you for your patience and support!

May everyone have a wonderful holiday season.

200+ packages with THE GREAT WAR card game labeled and postage paid on their way to the regional Post Office.
